Facts

This week, we learned about data preprocessing and visualization techniques. Starting today, we will embark on a new project. The chosen topic is service analysis using bank customer data.

- Project Name: Bank Service Status Analysis and Improvement Project

- Project Objective: The goal of this project is to understand the current state and issues of bank services, segment customer data, and derive insights through visualizations and suggestions for improvements.

- Key Contents of the Project:
    1. Data Collection and Preprocessing
        - Data preprocessing to ensure the accuracy and reliability of customer data.

    2. Service Status Analysis
        - Understanding the current state through key service indicators.

    3. Customer Segmentation/Loan Segmentation
        - Segmenting based on age, occupation, income, etc.
        - Analyzing usage characteristics for each segment.

    4. Identifying Issues
        - Identifying key issues such as deadlines, delays, and unpaid debts.
        - Highlighting problems and patterns.

    5. Insight Derivation and Visualization
        - Deriving insights based on the analysis results.
        - Creating materials for relevant departments using visualization tools.
        - Developing improvement plans and concrete action steps.

 

I focused on data preprocessing all day. I need to improve my skills by working with data in various ways.

 

Feelings

It was challenging to check the data in various ways within a short time. I realized there are still many areas where I need to improve.

 

 

Findings

I think it would be a good idea to organize frequently used codes while handling data in various ways with Python. I should compile the codes needed for data analysis later to become more familiar with them.

 

 

Future

I want to consider how to combine my career with data analysis to create a synergistic effect in the future.
